The reaction of $KHF_2$ with $PX_3$ (X=Br, Cl) in $CH_3CN$ gave $PF_3$. $POX_3$ reacted with $KHF_2$ in $CH_3CN$ at room temperature to give $KPO_2F_2$ and $KPF_6$. Similarly, $KPS_2F_2$ and $KPF_6$ were obtained in reaction between $PSCl_3$ and $KHF_2$ in $CH_3CN$. The products were characterized by their IR spectra and chemical analyses.
