Abstract
In the title compound, $C_{16}H_{18}O_4S$, the dihedral angle between the two aromatic rings is 43.71 $(6)^o$. The molecular structure is stabilized by a weak intramolecular $C–H...O $interaction and the crystal packing is stabilized by weak intermolecular $C—H...O$ interactions.
