Abstract

The title compound, C7H5FO3, is nearly planar, and the dihedral angle between the phenyl and carboxyl groups is 4.0 (1). There are intramolecular O–H O and intermolecularO–H...O and O–H...F hydrogen bonds, forming ribbons along the c axis.
